The December collection sheet is attached. Note we have two great prizes this round – a $10 Google Play Gift Card for the “student” that submits the most Box Tops and an Ice Cream Party for the “class” that submits the most Box Tops. All forms due December 23rd. Be sure to include your name and teacher with your Box Tops.
