The overall purpose of PTO is to make every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children.
The Ramblewood Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is a vital component within our school community. We are parents, just like you, who work with the faculty and administration to raise funds for the school.
Traditionally PTOs raise funds for school supplies and equipment for the school. We also give back in many other ways outside of the traditional classroom experience. Examples include organizing field trips for students, enrichment programs and teacher appreciation gifts and luncheons. We also create a sense of community among school families through family fun events and school performances.
If you would like more information on how to become a PTO member, volunteer, or become a sponsor of an event, please contact us.
PTO is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit association that prides itself on being a powerful voice for all children, a relevant resource for families and communities, and a strong advocate for public education. Membership in PTO is open to anyone who wants to be involved and make a difference for the education, health, and welfare of children and youth.
