RES Welcomes New Assistant Principal

Please extend a warm welcome to Ramblewood’s new Assistant Principal, Mr. Gregory Charlotin. He has been the Assistant Principal in Hollywood Florida.

Mr. Charlotin was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. He is a true Brooklynite! He has 3 children, 1 boy and 2 girls. He has been an educator for the past 23 years; 10 as an administrator.

“I love working with children, that is the main reason I chose this career path. It has been very rewarding! I enjoy spending time with my close family and friends. I love sports, especially college football. The Miami Hurricanes,”The U,” is my favorite sports team. I also enjoy traveling to new places and embark on new adventures.”

Mr. Charlotin was right at home during the Ice Cream Social – snapping selfies in the photobooth with students and getting to know parents. What a great first week for him as well as our students!

FYI – The school district made several administrative changes this school year. Mr. Thornberry and Mr. Charlotin “swapped” schools. We wish Mr. Thornberry well at his new school. He will be missed but FYI, he made a special appearance at the ice cream social! He’s doing well and says “Hello!”
